October 3, 2024 5.0 Overall, I'm having a great time with NightCafe, especially using Ideogram 2.0. It's the only AI model that pays attention to my text prompts and delivers what I'm asking for. The ONLY one! I have created three Pitch Decks for feature film projects, so far, and am working on new ones as I type this. I didn't think I would embrace AI like this, but hey, here I am. ANd NightCafe is my go to place to get what I need. Pros NightCafe is not difficult to learn how to use. It's really fun and intriguing to see how AI will interpret your text prompts and turn them into images. Cons However, you can be extremely clear with your text prompts and AI will still get it wrong, which is frustrating. Even more so when you spend credits and receive an image that's unusable, and there's no way to get those credits back. My best example is: "Santa Claus is not a woman. Santa Claus is not female. Santa Claus is not Black. Santa Claus is not African American." Yet, the images I received back featured a Black female Santa Claus. Seriously!?!? I especially appreciate the ability to: - retain the prompt and model settings of each image I create. - optionally share those settings with the rest of the community. - create my own AI models. - organize, and optionally share my creations with the community of artists there, and the rest of the world. - follow those artists whose creations inspire me. - give feedback to artists for their creations, and receive feedback from other artists for my own creations. I also appreciate that they offer free accounts for beginners, and very reasonable pricing schedule for PRO accounts. I enjoy showing my wife how creative I can be and making a few special images specifically for her. I may explore others, but NC has all I need: numerous free and paid models that each provide their own flavor to images, good editing tools to fine-tune images or fix hallucinations and bad prompting, tools for organizing content, tools for customizing creation, and fun challenges posed by NC and community members. Getting started was very easy for me, the interface becomes clear after a few minutes poking around, and my first images encouraged me to create more. I use nightcafe studio to create my art and them paint it so as to have finished visual before i start. As a person of older age memory sometimes is not as good, this finished visual reminds me of the art ideas that i had at the time thanks for that.
