Medio, para una estructura chica sirve, para algo medio todavía le falta desarrollo. Es un ordenador de caos administrativo. Pero, no es un “motor de gestión de personas”.

Pros

La presentación de la app, es sencilla para utilizar y cargar. El fuerte son las operaciones básicas como control de asistencia, gestión de licencia y legajo digital.

Cons

Falta de reportes de gestión y trazabilidad, es limitado como herramienta estratégica. Problema si querés escalar o integrar con múltiples sistemas. Te cobran los cupos por cada baja.

Excelente plataforma que se adapta a la pequeña y gran empresa y a todo tipo de usuarios. Muy buena predisposición y respeto del área de Soporte a cada consulta y/o sugerencias.

Pros

Respuesta inmediata a consultas de parte de soporte. Buena atención. Plataforma completa y en constante desarrollo. Aplicación intuitiva y muy amigable para todo tipo de colaboradores.

Cons

Demoras en actualización de procesos, por ejemplo en el módulo Vacaciones, se demoro en ajustar esquemas de aprobación y demás Errores muy puntuales que se adviertieron a soporte y tomaron el tema de inmediato.

Muy buena, en cuanto a la flexibilidad para adaptar los distintos horarios productivos, computando con exactitud las distintas variantes que exige la normativa legal en cuanto a liquidación de horas extras. Con respecto al control de ausentismo muy exacta al momento de informar, ausentismo , llegadas tardes, salidas anticipadas, cumplimiento de horario normal habitual, pudiendo incorporar sin dificultad las novedades diarias para posteriormente generar una correcta liquidación.

Pros

Desde el día cero año 03/2016 en que adquirimos el programa tanto el sistema como soporte son infalibles , el dialogo entre sistema/usuario es intuitivo , sencillo, flexible, adaptable y entendible , mas no podes pedir, incluso en su momento , el sistema ofrecía la compatibilidad del sistema TANGO módulo sueldos, para exportar al mismo.

Cons

Respecto a desventajas , si bien no hemos utilizados la versatilidad de funciones que ofrece el sistema, en el funcionamiento normal y habitual no hemos tenido errores de funcionamiento y la atención del soporte siempre estuvo a la altura de nuestros requerimientos.
