I especially like the email reminder option. **Pros:** As a sole practitioner is a great to be able to access your patient notes wherever using the app. I like the ability to create custom forms and there is a great way to integrate this into clinical practice and the business **Cons:** Some of the new features in the program create obstacles to being able to make a clean consultation such as checking medical history, et cetera and I would like to be able to turn these off. I would definitely go for something more reliable if chosing again. **Pros:** The basic functions are easy to use once set up. The email support service is generally helpful but only if you can ignote problems for a day or two at a time. It was a great pity that they abolished their telephone support when they all started to work from home instead. **Cons:** A nightmare to work with online. Constantly logs out and takes ages to go through ridiculously cumbersome login procedures a dozen or more times each day. Very complicated and non-intuitive accounting functions. Difficult to design forms. Poor integration between hosted and express versions.
