Most event tools are built for one-off conferences. Gatsby is built for teams running 10 to 100+ events a year where the guest relationships are the whole point. Invitations go out from the relationship owner's real inbox, not a marketing address. Guest history persists across events automatically. When someone RSVPs or checks in, your CRM updates in real time. No exports, no cleanup, no follow-up that lands after the window closed. The ops team runs everything. Partners and relationship owners stay out of the logistics but their name is on every touchpoint. Registration pages are fully white-labeled on your domain. Reusable templates mean your next event starts from your last one, not from scratch. Gatsby is used by VC and PE firms, law firms, membership organizations, and B2B field marketing teams. Customers include General Catalyst, Lightspeed, IVP, and Perplexity. Over 6,500 events were run on Gatsby in 2025. SOC 2 Type II certified.
