Pros

They go out of their way to help you. They want your website succeed.

Cons

Accessory products could be easier to add to the website. They aren't easy to add to your Yodify website and they don't seem to show up very well for customers.

Reasons for choosing Yodify

DDI/Advantive doesn't work for smaller businesses. They break every service into additional fees.

Pros

The service and attentiveness received from the yodify team have been great. The team have really put together a platform that is amazing. Exactly what we needed at an amazing price.

Cons

We have had some technical issues starting out. but these were quickly fixed and we received quick responses when we had any issues

If you want to lead the way in online shopping, you can't do it without Yodify.

Pros

Excellent customer service Quick replies to questions from the Yodify team Easy to upload products Easy to make edits to products Professional look was easy to achieve quickly Customers and employees love working with it (fun and easy to use!) Ability to download detailed reports of inventory and products

Cons

It would be great to see the quoting side of Yodify continue to develop!

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team at Yodify have been ex excellent partners in building an online sales portal for us. Always a very fast response to emails/voicemails and quickly available for call/online meeting. The team was always willing to assist in building product configurations and was able to make some custom functionality. Highly recommend Yodify!

Pros

The software provides an intuitive way to input part numbers and options as well as loading all supporting documentation, manuals, specs, etc. Creates an easy method for our customers to understand the products more as they use the configurator.

Cons

There is nothing I have found so far that would be considered a negative.
