Wir haben vor knapp 2 Wochen das City BaseCamp Berlin eröffnet und uns für direst entschieden. Zum Glück!! Wir sind noch ganz am Anfang und lernen jeden Tag dazu... Henning ist immer ansprechbar, wenn es irgendwo klemmt (ob Freitag abends oder Sonntag früh ;-)) Keine Frage ist zu blöd und auch Sonderlocken werden aufgegriffen. Und das, obwohl wir wahrlich kein Großkunde sind. Dazu gibt es im Hintergrund einen sehr versierten Techniker, der es geschafft hat, unsere Besonderheiten (wie automatische Öffnungs- und Schließzeiten des Tores für die Nacht) technisch so aufzusetzen, dass es läuft. Als einmal gegen 21 Uhr eine Buchungsstörung bemerkt wurde, wurden sofort die Programmierer informiert. Kurz vor Mittenacht lief dann alles wieder. Fazit: Toller Service, ständige Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung und das alles noch mit einem stets sehr angenehmen, persönlichen Kontakt (dafür 10 von 5 Sternen!). So macht Zusammenarbeit Sinn und Spaß! :-)

Pros

Moderne Buchungssoftware für unseren Wohnmobil-Stellplatz, die einen quasi personalfreien Betrieb gestattet. Die Kunden buchen, bezahlen, erhalten einen Barcode und können damit Tor und Schranke öffnen, Strom konsumieren und (demnächst) auch duschen. Wir können aus der Ferne im System sehen, welche Plätze wann gebucht sind, wer ab- oder angereist ist, wer wieviel Strom verbraucht, können das Licht an oder ausschalten oder per Mausklick die Schranke öffnen. Das alles ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet mit sinnvollen Filtermöglichkeiten und einem gut sortierten Dashboard... was will man mehr?

Cons

Auch wenn eigentlich alles selbsterklärend ist (und versierte Spontananreisende keine 3 Minuten brauchen, um sich zu registrieren, zu buchen, zu bezahlen und einzuchecken), kann es für manche "weniger digital-Versierte auch etwas mühsam sein, alle Angaben auf dem Mobiltelefon einzugeben. Dafür gibt's dann das Buchungs-Terminal, das wir leider (im Moment noch) nicht haben...

Ein super menschlicher Kontakt mit Herrn Wolf spricht auch für das bedienerfreundliche und kundenfreundliche System. Fehler werden schnellstens behoben. Lobenswert ist die einfache Einstellung von Sperrzeiten, gerade beim uns im Hochwasserbereich.

Pros

Am besten ist die flexibilität und die autarkie des Systems. Durch die Vorbuchungsmöglichkeit über unsere Webseite sind unsere Übernachtungszahlen um bis zu 40% gestiegen.

Cons

Nach über einem Jahr Betrieb mit dem System sind keine Nachteile aufgefallen. Das System überzeugt da der Kunde von allen Geräten auf die Buchungsapp zugreifen kann.

Check in und check out laufen voll automatisch, dadurch kurze Wartezeiten, Entlastung an der Rezeption

Pros

Technische Umsetzung, Design, schnelle Abwicklung der Buchungen und Zahlungen, mobile Handhabung ( egal wo, kann Schrankentechnik bedient werden und Buchungen verwaltet)

Cons

Portal ist für manche Kunden etwas kompliziert und unübersichtlich. Wäre schön, wenn man bei den einzelnen Parzellen individuelle Fotos einstellen könnte. Für Gruppembuchungen ungeeignet. Zufahrts-und Ausfahrtskontrollen noch verbesserungswürdig, gerade bei einem weitläufigen Areal wie dem unseren.

Es ist sehr nahe an der Zeit. Es ist auf Digitalisierung ausgelegt und das man weniger Personal benötigt. Was gerade in unserem ländlichen Raum nicht immer einfach zu bekommen ist. Es ist transparent und jeder kann schnell mit dem System Arbeiten, da vielen Dinge selbsterklärend sind. Auch wenn mal etwas hakt ist der Support immer erreichbar und auch bemüht schnell Abhilfe zu finden. Long Story short! Es spart Zeit und damit Geld und der Gast hat einen hohen Komfort, weil Wartezeiten und Anmeldung vor Ort nicht notwendig sind und er hat die Kontrolle über seine Buchung zu jeder Zeit.

Pros

Das der ganze Buchungsprozess vom Gast gemacht werden kann ohne Probleme. Die Abbrechnung erfolgt vollständig automatisch. Wenn es Probleme gibt hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner und kein Callcenter.

Cons

Das sind Kleinigkeiten und auch unsere Betriebsbedingten Befindlichkeiten. Aber auch für die ist Direst bereit Lösungen zu finden.Sodass es für uns keinen nennenswerten Nachteil gibt.
