Right from the initial conversation about the tool, through onboarding and ongoing, I have been pleased with the support on offer from \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team at Eclipse AI. Once we agreed an implementation plan, the roll out was done pretty seamlessly and within a few days of giving greenlight, we had the data in and ready to review

Pros

The ability to view all our brands, and locations data rolled up into one summary. With options to filter by our brands, countries or even franchisees to drill into the data Like that it pulls in data from multiple sources, e.g: NPS surveys, Google My Business Profiles reviews, Trust Pilot, Call centre etc

Cons

The licensing of the app - the current packages on offer require you to buy an additional licence for each user in the organisation

Good, it gives data analytics at the shortest possible time.

Pros

The analytics generated by this is interesting and insightful.

Cons

Any survey response uploaded or imported from the user does not give any results from the user login. One has to send the responses to the contact person, then it can be uploaded, and the analytics can be seen. If it can be done from a user end to a minimum level, it would have been better.
