We have had a few touchpoints with their Superlegal team to review the process, ask questions, and provide feedback. They're incredibly friendly and supportive. As a customer, I genuinely feel they are interested in our feedback and want to provide the best possible product and support. Pros I love the ability to upload an agreement (typically SaaS - as a customer) and have the platform review and provide thorough redlines within 24 hours. Previous to Superlegal, we used external counsel to review agreements and this typically took 5-10 days. This has allowed us to complete agreements and have better protection for our company. Better yet, we run more of our agreements through legal review now than we were in the past (because people didn't want to spend or waste time waiting). Cons So far, we haven't found anything we don't like about Superlegal. Reasons for choosing Superlegal We continue to choose Superlegal over going back to external counsel for the speed and cost. Pros Super straightforward to set up, and easy to deploy on a team with repeatable legal needs (i.e. customer MSAs) Cons It isn't immediately intuitive how to upload multiple versions or how to track changes between versions, and it could be easier to connect with a lawyer on questions related to the AI redlines, but you are able to do those things once you understand the proper channels. SuperLegal's support team made the setup a breeze, and customized the AI very quickly based on our needs and specifications. Pros Redlining capacity and accuracy, outstanding AI, Support team to quickly develop an effective playbook. Cons It is very expensive, but I understand that is due to the personal review that most of the contracts get.
