I use it daily. The notes it generates follow instructions so well and the notes are written professionally. They generate extremely fast and it's easy to make edits, add information, or change the template immediately. I really feel like the customer service team has your back - I can't believe how fast and efficiently they respond, even at odd hours. Pros Twofold is intuitive, user-friendly interface, easy to use, and is an intelligent AI. It generates notes very well, follows instructions, it's easy to change, you can make endless amount of templates, and many are already there. The customer service is world class. They respond extremely fast and they add my personal customization requests almost immediately. I provided them with an idea to add a comprehensive assessment section to the patient profile, and they said it was a great idea, and would bring it to their teams attention asap. It's affordable and well worth the price. I've cut down time on documentation from 4-5 hours per day, to 1-2 hours maximum per week. Cons They're still developing it and they need to add more necessary features to it, but they willingly listen to ideas. They need to allow it to work with different browsers, stream line a few minor work flows - sometimes it's slightly difficult navigating individual user profiles.
