Ich arbeite seit 2019 mit Unatrix und bin absolut überzeugt von der Softwarelösung. Die Benutzeroberfläche und die Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten sind super und wirklich für jedermann selbsterklärend. Auch ungeübte User finden sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit selbstständig zurecht.

The system is efficient for handling recruitment processes, keeping everything organised and accessible. It simplifies tracking candidates and assignments, though a Kanban board for workflow visualisation would make it even better.

Pros

I really like how Unatrix allows us to customise the recruitment process to fit our needs. It makes managing candidates much more efficient.

Cons

The lack of a Kanban board makes it harder to visualise and manage the hiring process at a glance. A more flexible workflow view would be really useful.

I can find each step of recruitment on the tool

Cons

It's complicated as recruitment manager to follow the KPI of recruitment team and we can't made and a candidate pool, and we are limited on the research for sourcing for instead we can't looking for a the candidates by their salary range
