It simplifies tracking candidates and assignments, though a Kanban board for workflow visualisation would make it even better. Pros I really like how Unatrix allows us to customise the recruitment process to fit our needs. It makes managing candidates much more efficient. Cons The lack of a Kanban board makes it harder to visualise and manage the hiring process at a glance. A more flexible workflow view would be really useful.
