I spent so much time putting data into this system. Years of farm records that are pretty much worthless at this point. Pros The idea behind the software is great and if the features worked, I wouldn't have as much of an issue. Cons There's no instruction to start. It is not easily navigated and data entry leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions information has been completely lost. Now there is an issue with sync from the RM Cloud which is an additional option and charge. ZERO customer or product support. I am highly annoyed that there is no one to contact when a problem occurs. No phone number could be found and the only option for help is a forum of other customers that no one uses. Now I have data on two computers that I can't sync so if one computer dies, I lose all that information. This software is in need of maintenance. Someone needs to get on the ball. Pros The import function was nice....When it worked! Frequently when importing data from herd association errors would occur based upon how the Association administers entered the data on their end. this was problematic as you have no control over their Data entry proceedures Cons Tech support was terrible. When you email them a question they reply with on online forum in stead of responding to your question. If they do respond it may take a few days. If you complain or express dissatisfaction with the product they quit helping you all together. upon install there was numerous errors that occurred. Import function was extremely buggy based on auction entry and other Herd Association data entry that you have no control over or ability to correct. Updates do not install seamlessly and lost data occurs. Addition fees are requested or demanded after installing updates to replace certain functions that worked prior to updating.
