Bad, I have been 2 weeks now trying to connect with leads from an exhibition and we are still not able to do so.

Pros

It was meant to be a modern CRM for startups, but it's honestly been a nightmare to work with. We cannot enrol people in email sequences.

Cons

Due to system limitations, we cannot enrol more than 10 people in our email sequences at a time, that does not make any sense for an outreach tool

Pros

UI, looks like notion. besides that there is not that much to say. even things like duplicate rules are exclusive to company and people.

Cons

missing attribute options such as formula fields. missing reporting functionality. missing mandatory fields by stage in pipelines. massive workflows make the CRM messy, there are standardized simpler ways to offer solutions to customer missing file/ document options for custom record types.

I have worked in CRM transformations for 10+ years and am I'm incredibly excited by the potential for Attio in the market. So much so, that I have founded a business that will focus on Attio implementations (see \[sensitive content hidden\]). Many CRM solutions fail to: - Prioritise outbound sales, prospect nurturing, and business development. - Provide actionable insights to build stronger customer relationships. - Offer a user experience that is familiar, fits into day to day work and drive adoption. - Fully leverage modern AI technology natively within the platform. Attio solves so well across these areas and offers amazing value given the low license cost.

Pros

My favourite feature by far is the chrome extension, so fast and easy to work with. Attio fits into my day to day activities so well across linkedin, gmail and video calls.

Cons

Some areas for improvement: - Credit consumption is very fast with workflows, this makes it hard to create complex automations across a large number of records without burning through credits very quickly. I'd encourage consideration of an alternative credit consumption model for workflows such as 1 credit per run (rather than block) or similar. This would help people create incredible solutions in the system more easily and cost effectively. - The limitation on "find records" in worlflows is only 100 records, this is very small and prevents so many use cases - There doesn't seem to be an easy way to run bulk workflow processes across all records on an object, a solution for this would be helpful!

The Manual Call feature disappearing has made it painful and I no longer know if the interaction with the account is true.

Pros

Initially customisation was one of the features I liked the most about Attio and easy to use platform. Headache to add competitive data and renewal dates

Cons

Though now it's become rudimentary and doesn't encourage growing your target list. Prompting is poor and difficult Opportunity creation process.

I have been a user for many years. The interface was always very good, clearly they are a different generation of CRM compared to, say, a Pipedrive. In the early days a few important features were missing, like reporting. However, in the last few months the team has really accelerated their rate of shipping new features. Attio's offering is now very robust and enterprise ready.

Pros

Very intuitive interface with a modern design, reminds me of an Apple product. AI native features are built in an easy to use manner into core parts of the product. The Chrome extension is great too. Overall, Attio is the clear number one modern CRM.

Cons

Nothing big comes to mind. They have good traction, though they are not (yet) as well known as Salesforce.

Overall very positive so far. I have recommended many of my peers check it out. I am happy. I'd rather pay $60 or so per month now and feel safe with it, than fall into Hubspot's $20 per month trap which quickly becomes $800 per month once you're hooked.

Pros

I first switched just to avoid the outrageous pricing structure of Hubspot, but I soon fell in love with the simplicity of the design and how configurable it is compared to Hubspot and others. More recently I've been using the AI research agent that they've added and I find it extremely valuable. I guess this is a glimpse of where they are going with this product in the future. I also really like the Chrome extension and use it a ton.

Cons

Just a few niggles in user experience, sometimes buttons and options are not quite where you expect them to be, but I think they are ironing these wrinkles out as the product matures. No biggy.

Good, I like the overall feeling of using it.

Pros

I really like the focus on automating things, less admin for sales.

Cons

2 things, first that you can't see activity history within a deal. It would be great to at least see the emails with associated people. Second that you don't have "Add company" when on companies records etc, clicking quick action and searching "Add c" is a bit too many clicks to get there.

Pros

What I love most about Attio is how flexible the tool is.

Cons

Even though they are very clear they are not a sales or an email automation tool, I wish there were were a couple more email features available. You can always integrate with another tool too.
