"Came for the price, stayed for the next gen design and agents!"

Overall: Overall very positive so far. I have recommended many of my peers check it out. I am happy. I'd rather pay $60 or so per month now and feel safe with it, than fall into Hubspot's $20 per month trap which quickly becomes $800 per month once you're hooked.

Pros: I first switched just to avoid the outrageous pricing structure of Hubspot, but I soon fell in love with the simplicity of the design and how configurable it is compared to Hubspot and others. More recently I've been using the AI research agent that they've added and I find it extremely valuable. I guess this is a glimpse of where they are going with this product in the future. I also really like the Chrome extension and use it a ton.

Cons: Just a few niggles in user experience, sometimes buttons and options are not quite where you expect them to be, but I think they are ironing these wrinkles out as the product matures. No biggy.

"Amazing, always reccommend "

Pros: What I love most about Attio is how flexible the tool is.

Cons: Even though they are very clear they are not a sales or an email automation tool, I wish there were were a couple more email features available. You can always integrate with another tool too.

Alternatives Considered: folk and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Choosing Attio: I chose Attio over the other products because of the ease of use, features available considering the price, and thought about features I'd need in the future in case I'd like to scale use and not have to switch tools.

"Great software and looking forward to see where it will be in a year"

Overall: Good, I like the overall feeling of using it.

Pros: I really like the focus on automating things, less admin for sales.

Cons: 2 things, first that you can't see activity history within a deal. It would be great to at least see the emails with associated people. Second that you don't have "Add company" when on companies records etc, clicking quick action and searching "Add c" is a bit too many clicks to get there.

Alternatives Considered: Upsales CRM
Reasons for Choosing Attio: At first it came down to pricing and during our tests we realised that Attio is very well built.
Switched From: Pipedrive
Reasons for Switching to Attio: Attio has a higher engineering quality and isn't too expensive.
