Positive experience all around. Makes legal assistance so much easier when things are together and categorized.

Pros

It is easy locating documents and keeping files organized. Document drafting is a lot easier and simpler than many other platforms used previously

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about TrialWorks, sometimes things would glitch but customer service was always exceptional and fixed the issue or advised on how to fix the issue.

I used TrialWorks very frequently. It is set up in a way that makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. It does what it promises and nothing more - its simplicity is its greatest strength.

Pros

The layout is very intuitive. The integration of Outlook and PDF editors is very helpful.

Cons

There were multiple occasions when TrialWorks would either freeze out or crash.

I've loved it and would use it forever If I could.

Pros

I have used TrialWorks for over 20 years. The product is easy to manage and learn and has many quick valuable features to simplify the workflow for law firms.

Cons

The only thing I do not like is that dashbards must be created by the company unless you understand SQL. It is a paid service.

Trial Works was a decent case management software previously utilized by my firm. When using it, it was easy to understand and to implement, however the depth of the features was somewhat lacking.

Pros

It was easy to upload files and schedule calendar dates within the program.

Cons

The fact that the software was application based rather than browser based made working remotely very difficult.
