Comments: The software is glitchy, and slow. It does the job and is customizable to your application. But there is a steep learning curve, so the new user will be prone to errors. Due to the hierarchical nature of access; these mistakes have to be corrected by those who have supervisory access.(like admin access). Granted this is to ensure data integrity, but it is laborious to correct mistakes.

When a new version comes out, it tends to be even more buggy. Again, the software is not pretty, intuitive, not easy to learn. But it is utilitarian, and like an ugly car, it will get you to your destination, but not in style.
