Pros: We like all of the different features offered through Certain. We have used them for quite a long time, and appreciate all of the capabilities for event management.

Cons: I suppose if I have to pick something, I would like to see even more customer service. They have come a very long way with customer support, but sometimes it takes me a little longer to get questions resolved.

Overall: They are a very experienced company with a lot of capabilities and a wide variety of software and resources.
