Pros

Having a dedicated team assist with telecom-related requests has improved accountability and responsiveness. Users have a clear path for support and issues are documented throughout the process.

Cons

Overall good for everyday usage for my business and personal life. Would like a better understanding of other features that is used in this company.

Pros

There ability to gather information and reach back to you in record time. There cost for tele com has been decreasing more than increasing and overall good function.

Cons

The tracking of our personal data lack privacy. And unnecessary ads pop up that try to make you pay for unnecessary usage of product you don’t need
