However, if you have a solid element of knowledge management, archiving a lot of information etc, some of the other big tools with more capabilities would be more suitable (e.g. Clickup) Pros The mind mapping concept is pretty cool, this type of project view is not present on any of the big PM systems and it can be helpful for people who prefer such tree designs. The pricing is a breath of fresh air - its not based on $ per user per month - instead, you pay for a tier with a fixed amount of users included, which can save you a lot of your hard earned cash. The product also gets new features - not very fast, but steadily. Latest great feature, which is a big requirement of mine, is webhooks, which is great to have. Cons It's very function-stripped - with the other big boys in the project management space, you get a whole lot more for nearly the same money, or no money at all. For larger businesses with a lot of users, of course, the money difference becomes evident, but you also get to achieve more and so you get better value and capability. Very useful for org charts and creating a customer journey. The biggest problem I had with Poda was that you could only create the map in vertical columns, you were unable to change the view to be horizontal. A very, very small complaint. Pros Ease of use, UI and practicality. There is pretty much no learning curve. Cons No mobile app, but this is somewhat understandable, due to the nature of workflows and roadmaps produced being more suited to a larger screen. Reasons for choosing Poda Clean interface and simplicity, in short. The roadmap feature is very much in the vein of kanban boards. For my purposes, I like the tree view. Poda offers me to work also on the WHY of a project. It was a revelation to me. I can work in a browser and on my iPad too. The UI/UX is top! I use it daily and i became a great fan of Poda. Pros This tool was the best product i found to elaborate and follow my multiple projects. The tree view is a major feature that allows me to work on the WHY. It boosts a lot my productivity. Poda offers to create your own kpi and labels. And Nick, the founder, is always open to feedback from users. Cons Maybe, just a section regrouping all the KPI of a project.
