It's been a great experience. We have been rolling out Xenia over the last couple of months and the team has been super responsive to it and it is another great tool and resource for us.

The way the agendas read can be a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it it is simple.
There is not much that I don't like about this app. All of my concerns were answered and corrected.

Overall: Easy, fast, efficient, and great support. If you don't like something, say something and the Xenia team will make it right, even if that means building out something custom for your needs.
Pros: Easy to use and efficient. Great support from the very beginning.
Cons: So far, no complaints. If I want something changed or custom-built, the team will do it. It's that easy.
"Easiest to use inspection & audit software"
Overall: Great experience using the product, our organization was up and running conducting inspections and checklists
Pros: Powerful user interface with simple views for frontline team members to adopt task lists and training content with ease. AI capabilities are also well developed for streamlined creation of net new task checklists.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. We have enjoyed the use of the product.
"Best Customer Support"
Pros: I liked the customer service the most, I think they have best in class service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers experience and will take all feedback and develop their software around that feedback.
Cons: The user interface can be a bit overwhelming for someone that is new to this type of software. Having a place to view all archived reports/tasks will make this software more usable for record keeping over a long period of time.

Overall: I appreciated the free trial and was impressed with the team members I spoke with right away. The pricing is competitive and the onboarding process has been fantastic. We knew right away that Xenia blew the competitors out of the water in every area. Xenia has solved problems for us we didn’t even know we had until we knew the solutions available though this platform. Xenia is the secret sauce to our operations as we scale.
Pros: The UI is clean and intuitive. The features are robust and customizable. The mobile app is excellent. The dashboard options are exactly what we were looking for for multi unit operations.
Cons: Some of the terminology is a little hard to understand at first but with some time it all makes sense.
