"Great communicating. "

**Overall:** This far, it is better than the last company. We have a person we can call anytime with any problems. We did not have that with the last software.

**Pros:** Given the program's cost, I do not see any benefits to switching to AppStack. The pro is better communication. Appstack also does a better job of weeding out bad applicants.

**Cons:** The scheduling process. There is no way to integrate the schedules into our Google calendar accounts or our actual software Axiscare.

**Reasons for Switching to ApplicantStack:** Lack of communication. Allowed people to get through the deal breaker questions.

"Royale Company - Review 2025"

**Pros:** Automatically sends emails to candidates with a click of a button. As well lets use put candidates in different stages at all times.

**Cons:** The least thing I would say that I don't like about applicant stack is that I don't get to keep comments on some candidates resume that were already reviewed .
