Human Resources Manager Chemicals Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Very user friendly! I've worked in several different ATS and this has been the easiest one yet!" April 20, 2018 5.0 Pros It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages. Cons I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. Also, I would suggest contacting support on how you can add pictures, embed videos, and add links using our formatting tools. April 30, 2026 4.0 It is my go to website for all recruitment and onboarding needs. It stores all the necessary information for all the processes. Pros How it helps keep all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process organized, streamlined and efficient. Cons It doesn't filter out duplicate applicants and can have a buildup over time. Pros Easy to send onboarding and view applicants. Cons The process to move the applicant from Interview to hire for onboarding. Also, if i have to manually put someone in to issue onboarding. The way onboarding is viewed on the applicants end with medical questionnaire confuses them often. So does the direct deposit form. They had many integrated tools that could be added as well, which made the Recruiting and Onboarding process much easier to communicate with the candidate. This ensure thorough communication of the onboarding expectations and process. Pros The customizable URL's you can create for positions to send to Internal Recruiters and Recruiting partners was an extremely useful feature. It allowed us to easily track and associate candidates with sources. Also did enjoy the customizable reporting. Cons The fact that the only way to associate replicated candidates who were applying or submitted was via email address. Would be good if there were other filters we could set to see for candidate replication, upon applying or submission. Would like if they had some sort of graphical report (and customizable). The reports are able to be exported and then can be used to create a graphical report, but would be nice if there was a way for ApplicantStack to have a Tool integrated for this. October 21, 2024 5.0 Pros The ease of access was huge with ApplicantStack. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use. Cons When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself. If you set your budget at $1000, it was a little confusing to see how far that stretches.
