April 20, 2018 5.0 Pros It's very easy to use and is step-by-step throughout the entire process. Their customer service is very helpful and accommodates most all requests we have asked for. I love the email templates with mail merge features, the flags we are able to customize, and that you can trigger automatic emails throughout the stages. Cons I wish it was easier to add pictures, embed videos, links, etc. It's also not user friendly on the reporting side. I'd like to be able to have more functionality to pull different reports. For example, I would like to have a report for jobs that we are still currently recruiting for (still actively trying to find a candidate). I don't necessarily want to see all "open" jobs because in ApplicantStack, they remain open until the job is "closed/filled". I do not want to see jobs that have a candidate that has already accepted an offer and is in the background or pending start stage. Unfortunately for now, it's a manual process of my recruiters reviewing over their "active recruiting" jobs and sending me weekly update reports by email. Pros Easy to send onboarding and view applicants. Cons The process to move the applicant from Interview to hire for onboarding. Also, if i have to manually put someone in to issue onboarding. The way onboarding is viewed on the applicants end with medical questionnaire confuses them often. So does the direct deposit form. Generally, worked as intended, but we aren't opposed to finding something else. Pros It's robust enough to handle a ton of candidates and info - and has made it easy to create tons of opportunity listings and workflows. Cons It seems to have a hard time getting through to people. Many of the emails we send from Applicantstack don't get to the recipient. It's been very very frustrating. Throughout the years we have used the program it has developed into a tool that I can never be without. I have a new recruiter and she has been impressed with the ease of understanding how ApplicantStack works. Pros I love that I only need to go to this one platform to see all applicants and what stage my recruiter has put them in to. I also love that applicants get knocked out (eliminated) when answering important questions saving precious time. Cons The set up was somewhat complicated but once we completed the process the platform became easy to understand and manipulate. Our use is just so small now, the increases are a little frustrating. Pros For our small company, the cost was very valuable when we first started using it. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use. Cons When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself.
