Pricing is reasonable. Pros Applicantstack can be adjusted to your needs. It is very customizable. This helps when it comes to creating systems that help guide applicants through the selection process quickly. It is worth it for the money. Pros The software is easy to use. It has a lot of features. Especially like the communications features where you can email candidates while keeping a log of the communication. Also, forward candidates to hiring managers. Cons I found the reports functionality not as use friendly and a little lacking. It wasn't easy to make a report to search for past candidates in a specific state or city under specific jobs. The application itself cannot be exported as a document and I am unable to share the application with Managers who are not users of applicant stack. It allows for me to organize and share candidates, track my interviewing notes and aids me with the final decision making process. " May 8, 2018 4.0 Streamlined hiring process Pros Ease of communication and documentation as to where in the review and hiring process things are. Anyone can jump in and know where to continue the process. Our HR department is not located in the same building. It is easy to know where each other are in the process. Cons Sometimes difficult to see attached resumes and compare information with other applicants. It took some time to learn how to navigate and use all the features. Cons Not being able select only some notifications to come through and to turn off others. I'd like to be able to turn on the notifications for some of the jobs we post but keep them off for others. I can answer an application status without rummaging through stacks of paper. This has been a timer saver for sure. I love the job posting features!! Pros The convenience and functionality of being able to review applications and forward interview requests and details. I can see at a glance who has completed on boarding paperwork and run reports to compare the skills of our applicants. Cons I have not been able to forward additional paperwork to applicants without moving them to hired. We can't pay invoices online. Seamless. Pros ApplicantStack is a great software solution for hiring a new employee, and it allows for an almost "all-in-one" experience. You can post open positions and create an online job application form that meets your needs. You can track whoever is applying, and you have the ability to schedule interviews all within ApplicantStack. Once you've made the hire, you can also manage the onboarding process on ApplicantStack itself. All the paperwork can be electronically signed on the software as well, so it really makes everything easy to manage in one spot. Cons Honestly can't think of anything negative to say. April 19, 2018 5.0 Pros User friendly and very intuitive. I find ApplicantStack to be extremely easy to maneauver through. It's very self-explanatory. And I also appreciate how it has the ability to save info from past application postings. Cons I utilize the system only when we are filling a position within my department. We have a low turnover rate, so I only use ApplicantStack once a year (appx). Each time, I have to have my password reset because of my infrequent use. I know password utilization is required for security purposes, but this is something that I always have to work through when signing on. Once we spent the time customizing it the way we wanted it's been very easy to use and meets all of our applicant management needs. Pros The best thing about Applicant Stack is that multiple levels of management and HR can all interact with applicants for multiple positions throughout the process and see what the others are doing. The fact that the statuses, stages, emails, surveys etc. are so customizable makes the system very flexible. Cons While there are numerous customization options available they are not always easy to make. The location of all the different pieces and parts that go into the application processing flow are not as intuitive as they could be. It saves a lot of time. Pros I love how the software show if an applicant has applied for jobs previously. I also like the grading of questions to automatically disqualify applicants.
