Pros The ability to text and email to applicants; the stage advancements; the flexibility of choosing the columns needed for processing an applicant; the menu options; ability to make customized reports; ability to select groupings of details needed for daily activities; usually quick response from tech/customer service issues; ability to notate at each stage set so if needed, relevant notes are available Cons Sometimes inaccuracy on monthly/comparison reports due to criteria asked for not being totally collected, so I have to review, compare and redo; slight inconvenience of not being able to permanently select "All jobs" for listings - maybe there's a default I haven't found? Customer service is non existing with them and I do not recommend Pros Nothing. The service has not had one person be helpful to anything for me. Cons Everything. I have gotten zero help. Cannot login and cannot get anyone to answer my emails or call me back. I have been trying to cancel for months because no one will help me and I cannot get help to do that either! Very dissatisfied! The features rival those of the more popular systems. I honestly would work there if I could. I have implemented the ATS solution in several places. As an HR leader, you just can beat it! Pros The ability to add my own forms and pull in repetitive data like name, address, etc. The onboarding process is seamless. Cons It is not a full HRM solution. I wish it would intergrade with, Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday, Success Factors, ADP Workforce Now, Namely, etc.. Pros Very user friendly, most of the time the processes are intuitive and easy to navigate. Researching and emailing applicants from other recruitments is very efficient. Also, creating email templates for acknowledgement of receipt of application and other emails is quite easy. Cons Phone numbers entered by applicants are not separated by dashes, so follow up phone calls to numerous applicants is more time consuming to enter the phone number to avoid mistakes. " August 19, 2024 4.0 The experience has been good, part of my dissatisfaction is probably due to my lack of training, instead of to the actual site, which is an HR issue on this end, not on the end of Applicant Stack's site. So perhaps my only wish is that it were more user friendly for those of us who need a little extra help navigating things. Pros I like how I can respond to candidates easily within the system and a confidential email comes to my inbox. Implementation person was also extremely helpful it getting the system customized to our needs. Pros Being able to upload specific documents required for new hires and have them able to fill out and sign electronically. Even complex state licensing forms are easy to set up in the system with what is required to be completed. It's easy to communicate with candidates and new hires by email and text. Have standard messaging, workflows, etc. makes the process much smoother and more efficient. Cons It's not as visually pleasing as other systems and a little less user friendly/intuitive. They needlessly lost a customer simply by ignoring me. Both in person and customer service ticket. Pros The reps spent time walking me through the system and that's where it ended. Cons The fact that no one addressed my concerns that my jobs didn't seem to be live. I cancelled and asked for a refund, but don't recall any follow up. When there is a glitch the help center tells me there is no issue. It can take weeks for it to be corrected. I have not found a better ATS, but I look forward to future upgrades to make it better. Pros easy to add new applicants and resumes. It allows me to set up and add new jobs as needed. Cons The information does not always update in the system or the system cannot read the resume.
