Pros Customization and control over the workflow. I also really appreciate the e-sign features and integration with other softwares and systems. Cons I would have appreciated another set up/onboarding meeting when getting started, but the system isn't too complicated, and we self-served ultimately. I have not heard issues from applicants. I like the connectivity to our personal email. Cons The system does have some more common functionality similar to MSWord. Also, the system does not have the ability for users to store their own personal templates. Only company wide templates are stored. We normally have a small number to review at a time (<5) so maybe a place for comments on the dashboard to have some bullet points to separate the applicant's highlights? Pros I like having the resume attached, along with any additional questions we need addressed prior to consideration. Cons I would like a means to send comments along with each referral to the next step. Maybe also something akin to a timer or status update for the interviewing staff to confirm review of the applicant as it goes through the steps.
