I am able to look for potential hires and have hired with great results.

Pros

very easy to navigate within the website, I am able to pull up resume very easy.

Cons

i was not able to write directly in the summary when I interviewed or any notes.

Good So far im still learning how to use it.

Pros

Ease of emailing applicants and the preset email messages.

Cons

Going back and forth between candidates, jobs etc. sometimes data im looking at completely shuts down.

Not being able to have multiple hiring managers after they become onboarded
