Die Jahresrechnungen können mit aumico nach der Einrichtung sehr schnell, korrekt und effizient erstellt werden. Das Design ist standardisiert, schlicht und ansprechend gehalten. Das Team von aumico arbeitet engagiert und kümmert sich rasch und zuvorkommend um Fragen oder Anliegen.

Cons

Verbesserungspotential gibt es noch bei der Individualisierbarkeit des Designs und bei der Automatisierung der Übertragungsprozesse der Zahlen aus verschiedenen Buchhaltungssoftwaren. Verbesserungswünsche werden von aumico ernst genommen und in vernünftiger Zeit umgesetzt.

Es wäre vorteilhaft, wenn consistency checks integriert werden könnten.

Es liefert eine Jahresrechnung inkl. Anhang und Gewinnverwendung die professionell und einheitlich aussieht - einfach top.

Cons

Es fehlt lediglich die direkte Verknüpfung zu Bexio, aber das Einlesen der Bilanz und ER ist auch so sehr einfach.

Das Reporting zur Jahresrechnung ist um einiges effizienter. Gleichzeitig werden Fehlerquoten sowie Flüchtigkeitsfehler aufgrund manueller Übertragungen vermieden. Das Design ist ansprechend und die Handhabung sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Cons

Die Aufzeigung von der Margen in der Erfolgsrechnung fehlen mir persönlich.

Aumico hilft uns die Geschäftsberichte einfach und in einem ansprechenden Design zu erstellen. Wir sind vom Endresultat begeistert.

Pros

Die Integration hat sehr einfach geklappt und erlaubt uns in dem Sinn unsere Corporate Identity zu nutzen. Wir konnten unsere Farben perfekt umsetzen, sodass die Geschäftsberichte optisch unseren restlichen Dokumenten ähneln.

Cons

Ein Drag & Drop Funktion im Bereich der Kontenzuteilung wäre sehr hilfreich und würde gewisse Dinge etwas benutzerfreundlicher machen.

Sehr einfacher & effizienter Prozess für die Erstellung einer fehlerfreien Jahresrechnung. Layout kommt bei den Kunden gut an. Aumico Team sehr hilfsbereit falls etwas nicht klappt oder unklar ist.

Cons

Bei den Anhangsangaben wäre eine automatisch sortierte Reihenfolge gem. Bilanz und Erfolgsrechnung wünschenswert

Die Software ist absolut userfreundlich und macht das Erstellen von grafisch ansprechenden und übersichtlichen Jahresrechnungen sehr einfach.

Cons

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man den Hauptkontenplan nicht selbst individuell anpassen kann.

Die Software erfüllt den Zweck der beschrieben ist, Einfache Erklärung und Handhabung des Tools. Import kann einfach gestartet werden. der Abschlussbericht ist um eignes schneller erstellt als in den anderen Tools.

Pros

Einfache Import und Konfiguration der Zahlen. Layout des Geschäftsberichts Einfache Konfiguration des Jahresberichts. Mit der Software kann der Jahresbericht innert Minuten erstellt werden, und es ist jedes Jahr das gleiche.

Cons

Zu viele Tabellen und Seiten, ev. ist es hilfreich am Anfang zu bestimmen was ich genau brauche und dann nur das Anzeigen.

Uns gefällt das Tool sehr gut. Wir möchten nicht mehr auf das Tool verzichten.

Schnelle, effiziente Erstellung von Jahresrechnungen mit Anhang. Einfaches Laden der Saldi der Finanzbuchhaltung. Einheitliches schönes Layout. Fehleranfälligkeit gegenüber Excel stark reduziert. Mehrsprachigkeit. Excel gehört der Vergangenheit an.

Cons

Wäre schön, wenn noch eine Nachtragsbuchungsliste für die Abschlussbuchungen vom Treuhänder integriert wäre.

Es macht so viel mehr Spass eine Jahresrechnung auf aumico zu schreiben und gleichzeitig hab ich die Gewissheit, dass keine Fehler drin sind. Design Top, Funktionalität Top, Excel Zeiten gehören der Vergangenheit an :)

Cons

% Zahlen wären als Option noch cool und ggf. auch dass wir von einer Organisation alle auf die Jahresrechnungen des jeweils anderen Zugreifen können.

Reasons for choosing aumico

Mit Abstand die modernste und flexibelste Lösung. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen, sämtliche Rechtsformen, verschiedene RL-Standards. Jahresrechnung mehr oder weniger auf Knopfdruck und das in deutsch und englisch - genial!!
