・手書きを含む紙の帳票からの転記時間が圧倒的に減った。対応可能な帳票も多い。 ・分量が多過ぎて諦めていた資料のデータ化もできた。

Pros

・特筆すべき点：汚字でも読み取り可能な読み取り精度 ・簡単か：設定は簡単だが、入り組んだ設定も可能。困った時のサポート体制も良い ・ビジネスプロセス：rpaによる後続処理を意識した作りになっている

Cons

・表の開始位置が変動する帳票への対応 ・仕分け機能でボタンを押す回数が多い ・ファイルアップ/ダウン用のデスクトップアプリがあればなおよし

クラウド版：満足 定型帳票から準定型帳票まで幅広く対応ができ、仕分け機能、データ加工、api連携等、できることが多い。定義した帳票をフォルダ感覚で管理できたり、guiが他社製品よりも使いやすい。 オンプレ版：導入の判断は業務量による 精度、操作等は基本的にクラウド版と同じだが、導入に際して業務量（売上）、及び処理量（納期に間に合うか）をシミュレーションする必要がある。

Pros

手書き文字の識字精度が他社製品と比較して高い。 専門的な知識がなくても簡単に読取設定を行うことができる。 サポートページやカスタマーサポートが充実しており、すぐに不明点が解決できる。

Cons

個人情報を取り扱うため、オンプレミス版（CUBE）を導入しているが、CUBEシリーズの導入/ランニングコストが高い。（導入/ランニングコストを上回る業務量が必要） CUBE mini（比較的導入しやすい価格帯）も展開されているが、当社の場合は業務量に対してスペック不足だった。

手書き文字の読取り精度が高く、弊社の現場では紙がやはり多く、手書きで報告書が上がってくるケースが多く、転記の時間が短縮できて非常に助かっている。

Pros

手書きの精度と使い易さ。操作が簡単なのでユーザ開放して利用しており、その分本社で定義を設定する作業が減りました。

Cons

明細行を読み取る時、定義箇所が増えて手間でありさらに費用が掛かる。

読取精度も非常に高く操作性も優れているためユーザーへの展開がしやすかったです。 カスタマーサポートも手厚く迅速な対応がありがたかったです。

Pros

ユーザーが感覚的に操作できるように設計されているのが大変ありがたく思います。帳票定義や各種設定も簡単でユーザーを選びません。

Cons

特に不満はありませんが、各種設定のコピーができるとありがたいと思います。

紙帳票からスタートする業務の効率化を検討するにおいては、デジタル面においてデータ化は必須となりますので、デジタル化の取っ掛かりを解決するツールとしては必須のアイテムだと思います。

Pros

手書きの帳票のデジタル化に大変優れた製品であり、紙帳票のデータ化に多くの時間を割いている業務があれば費用対効果の非常に高いツールです。 他社製品との比較においては、初期設定の難易度の低さが群を抜いており、システムに詳しくない担当者でも自身で設定を行うことが可能です。

Cons

基本的には帳票のフォームごとに初期設定をする必要があるため、多品種少量の特性を持つ帳票にはあまり向いてません。最近では、否定形帳票に対して初期設定をしなくても良い機能が拡充されつつありますが、個人的には実運用には一工夫必要です。

精度の高い読取りがあり、今まで手作業で工数がたくさんかかっていた業務も効率化されました。 もうこれなしは考えられません。

Cons

当初の設定には少々苦労した部分もあったんですけど、丁寧に教えて頂いたので、今では困ることなく使えています。

読み取りなど、うまくいかない時の原因の提示や解決策の提案がが常に明確です。効率化の為に自分達で工夫してみようと業務のモチベーションをあげてくれるサービスとツールだと感じています。

Pros

対エンド顧客〜法人の様々なフォーマットの文書、社内書類と幅広く活用できることを期待し導入しました。社内業務フローの整理が追い付かず、完全に活用できているとはまだ言い切れない状態での投稿になります。 読み取り精度・アレンジできる設定の柔軟性が高く、非常に満足しております。機能の多さから慣れるまでの時間はかかりましたがフォローの手厚さやサポートサイトが充実しているため、複数人で運用して行く上でも安心して利用できます。 Elastic Sorterで似ている帳票でも思った通りに仕分けできた時はとても感動します。

Cons

現時点で不満はありません。非定型帳票で読み取れるレシートを、スマートフォンで撮影→そのままモバイルからアップロードできるような対応ができると活用の幅が広がる様に思います。

Pros

分かりやすい金額設定と導入に纏わるサポート体制について、かなり満足しています。 急なリクエストに対して、すぐに対応していただけるのもよかったです。

Cons

利用プランをもう少し細かく利用できれば、利用できる場面が増えてくるではないかと思います。 そのほか、１つプランでユーザ単位での請求が選択できれば、弊社内での利用可能業務も広げることはできます。

アナログの帳票から基幹システムへの手入力ではなくDxsuiteからのCSV変換（デジタル化）ができることで業務の半自動化などが提案できるようになりました。

Pros

読み取りたい箇所の設定は教われば５分から１０分ほどで習得可能です。 読み取り精度も非常に高いので誤読が少ないと思います。 ＣＳＶファイルへの出力結果もＥＸＣＥＬの列をイメージした出力結果なので非常にわかりやすいです。

Cons

帳票の表組を読むことができますが、表の項目ごとに読取り結果の確認になるので、できれば表のイメージで横一列の確認ができると良いと思っています。 非定型の読取りについて、読取り範囲設定・読取り精度が良いと活用の幅が向上すると思います。 ＯＣＲ読取り処理時間が早いとなお良いです。

読取り精度も１番高いですが、ＣＳＶファイルへ出力する際のデータ加工機能が意外に豊富な点です。
