We used their service with limited package (only price track) but I remember their pricing was on cheap side comparing others in the market. Cons Their report system and dashboard was so basic, and wasn't ease of use. They didn't have much option to use other than pricing. I no longer spend hours on these translations For price monitoring and notifies me quickly of price violators Pros The user interface is very simple and clear. Cons It's definitely very easy, I just add the products I want once. Also, whichever online platform I want to add, I can do it quickly with directions.
