Muy buena, son muy amables, muy receptivos y escuchan todas las propuestas. Sus demos son muy claras y siempre están disponibles si necesitas ayuda.

Pros

Su atención, su trato cercano y su predisposición a ayudarte en todo momento y a facilitarte el trabajo. Como son locales, es muy fácil comunicarse con ellos para resolver dudas.

Cons

Por decir algo, no poder saber quién ha abierto los correos. Para negocios pequeños y con listas pequeñas es importante saber qué personas abren cada correo. Se puede hacer una exportación, pero no puedes ver la info del primer vistazo. Creo que están en ello con nuevas funcionalidades.

Contactamos con ellos por una recomendación; íbamos con pies de plomo, pero nos hemos llevado una gran sorpresa. Lo normal en este sector es que la atención a una cuenta nueva, caso nuestro, vaya de mas a menos en cuestión de semanas, hasta el punto de encontrarte en el típico self service. Aquí ha sido todo lo contrario, atención personalizada diaria, continuos breifs y estrategias a corto-medio y largo plazo para mejorar los resultados. La atención de Cristian, un 10!

Gran equipo, tremendamente eficaces y proactivos; 100% recomendables!

Cons

Ninguna, son realmente expertos en lo que hacen.

Estamos recién comenzando a operar con Epigeon; La experiencia es buena salvo por el pequeño inconveniente con la lista nueva.

Pros

La estructura del gerenciamiento de campañas y la simpleza para realizar segmentaciones. Adicionalmente la velocidad en el soporte y cordialidad del equipo.

Cons

Tuvimos un problema con la creación de una lista nueva. No se pudo determinar si se trataba un problema de configuración del servidor o de configuración de la lista y no hemos encontrado más alternativa que eliminarla y cambiar de lista.

Su uso intuitivo y el soporte técnico, que siempre está disponible para resolver cualquier incidencia o enseñarte a usar alguna función que necesites.

Cons

No tengo quejas, aunque sería genial si hubiera algún plugin de integración con Wordpress (sin embargo, la integración se puede hacer mediante el código html que te brinda la herramienta. No hay que programar nada por uno mismo).

Genial, te siguen, te ayudan y diría que incluso trabajan por ti, cosa que no he visto nunca antes.

Pros

El Service Client y la fácil gestión de las campaña, planificas con un simple click una vez cargadas.

Cons

Al momento el escalar en el volumen de activos, es bastante lento, de media estamos con otras plataformas en las que con el mismo tiempo enviamos casi el triple de volumen.
