Before Spikerz, managing security across multiple social accounts felt like playing whack-a-mole. Now I actually sleep better knowing our accounts have serious protection. The team has been responsive when I've had questions, and they seem to actually understand the specific challenges of social media security rather than just treating it like general cybersecurity. Worth every penny for anyone serious about protecting their online presence Pros Honestly, the peace of mind is what sold me. We had a scare last year where someone tried to phish one of our brand accounts, and it made me realize how vulnerable we were. Spikerz caught suspicious login attempts we didn't even know were happening. The AI moderation is also a lifesaver - it filters out spam and sketchy comments automatically, which used to eat up hours of our week. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, and their dashboard actually makes sense (rare for security tools!). It's one of those tools that just works quietly in the background until you need it. Cons The mobile app could use some work- I mostly use the desktop version. The dashboards aren't as clear there.
