October 21, 2025 5.0 We've been using Spikerz for about 8 months now, and it's become one of those tools I don't think about until I check the weekly reports and see all the threats it blocked. Before Spikerz, managing security across multiple social accounts felt like playing whack-a-mole. Now I actually sleep better knowing our accounts have serious protection. The team has been responsive when I've had questions, and they seem to actually understand the specific challenges of social media security rather than just treating it like general cybersecurity. Worth every penny for anyone serious about protecting their online presence Pros Honestly, the peace of mind is what sold me. We had a scare last year where someone tried to phish one of our brand accounts, and it made me realize how vulnerable we were. Spikerz caught suspicious login attempts we didn't even know were happening. The AI moderation is also a lifesaver - it filters out spam and sketchy comments automatically, which used to eat up hours of our week. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, and their dashboard actually makes sense (rare for security tools!). It's one of those tools that just works quietly in the background until you need it. Every time I use the chat feature they response quickly and with just the answer I need. I feel protected and worry free when it comes to my social medias and that’s a great feeling. Pros SMIP is extremely easy to use and interact with. Their platform shows you so many cool tips, tricks, and features to help keep your platforms safe and business protected such as a list of potential impersonators, % of bot followers, and an overall risk rating of your account(s). I have already lost an account before. This allows me to sleep peacefully knowing I won't wake up to a ban or a stolen account. Pros It is the only effective solution to help me identify threats to my account. Other solutions offer "insurance" but don't block hackers. Pros Smip is unique in that it’s the first software to directly protect my social media assets, I liked that as soon as I connected my Instagram account, Smip informed me of my vulnerabilities and gave me a roadmap to alleviate them! Pros The impersonation detector saved us from many impersonators that tried to impersonate our brand. Smip eliminated them and protected our brand. Cons I didn't find something that I didn't like.
