You can always speak with a human! Pros They have done some great upgrades and now are partnered with Reece making them operate even better than before. Some of the new AI driven features I don’t know how I’d do without them now and the office/admin team just love it Cons Would like to see scheduling through the app itself but not a deal breaker, would also like to see an iwatch/carplay version so the team can access information directly from their truck. Pros The crew scheduling is the best I've found and the support is second to none. The tools are easy to use and the crew enjoys using them too. Cons Reports are pretty simple, but that works for us, also would like to see more custom forms or a form builder. Reasons for choosing CrewTraka Better user experience, just looks and works better.
