Das System Wissintra NG ist einfach zu erlernen und schnell in der Bedienung.

Pros

Nach kurzer Einarbeitung war man schnell zur eigenständigen Arbeit bereit. Der Prozessmanagement-Baustein funktioniert sehr intuitiv und die Prozesse können übersichtlich dargestellt werden. Eine individuelle Gestaltung und das leichte Hinzufügen weiterer Prozessinformationen rundet den Prozessmanager ab.

Cons

Während der Bearbeitung kam es vermehrt zu Ladeverzögerungen, welche die Arbeit mit WissIntra im Browser langwierig gestaltet hat. Nach Meldung an den Kundendienst hat sich dies jedoch schnell ge- und die Gesamtperformance verbessert.

Die Software läuft stabil, hat quasi endlos Speicherplatz und die Bedienung ist (nach Schulung) relativ einfach.

Cons

Wir würden uns mehr Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten wünschen um das ganze übersichtlicher und bedienerfreundlicher zu gestalten. Auch wäre es schön wenn der Freigabeworkflow etwas transparenter wäre.

Mit WissIntra wollten wir unserem Kollegium Zugriff auf die Prozesse der Schule ermöglichen. WissIntra wird aber bis heute fast ausschließlich von der Schulleitung als Dokumentenablage verwendet.

Pros

Die Suchmöglichkeit nach Dokumenten / Prozessen.

Cons

Wir hatten immer wieder Probleme mit den Zugängen. Das erstellen der Prozesse und Einpflegen der Dokumente war sehr zeitaufwändig.

Pros

Die Einfachheit der Bedienung, wir sparen mit dieser Software eine Menge Papier, die Kontrolle der Aufgaben ist sehr übersichtlich, ein Gelungenes Produkt.

Cons

Es ist jetzt nicht unbedingt Kanzleitauglich, da gäbe es einiges nachzubessern.DIe Textbearbeitung ist sehr sparsam angelegt.
