Nos ayuda en el dia a dia mejorando procesos y por lo tanto siendo mas efrctivos. Despues de mas de dos años, podemos decir que estamos en un grado de satisfacción alto o muy alto.

Usabilidad, el dia a dia nos facilita el trabajo y por lo tanto somos mas eficientes

Totalmente satisfactoria

Pros

La facilidad y velocidad con la que pudimos integrar el software en nuestra empresa.El servicio técnico da respuesta practicamente al segundo.La predisposición que han tenido para adaptar el software a nuestras necesidades específicas a costes más que razonables.

Cons

No es un contra del sistema pero es cierto que las primeras semanas hay que estar encima de los transportistas para asegurar que hacen correctamente los procesos pero al mes ya van solos.

No tuvimos ningún problema con el software, demuestra ser una aplicación robusta y sin fallo alguno.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, ahorro de tiempo y eliminar problemas de los medios físicos (papeleo)

Cons

La falta de conocimiento por parte de transportistas extranjeros. Entre más empresas lo usen más estándar será.
