I run a residential cleaning service in Naperville, and for years my biggest struggle was speed-to-lead. Overall, I'd give it a solid 4.5 star out of 5! Most of the leads are decent, meaning NOT a ridiculous amount of disconnected or inaccurate numbers.

Pros

It's incredibly straight forward to use. It has a TON of features that make this software worth it, especially for the price they offer it at.

Cons

I operate and own a telemarketing agency (duckify.io). My clients occasionally hire me to generate their lead lists for them to compliment their campaigns. I've been using this platform for probably about a year. Overall it's a great tool to have, but I will say that there are some leads that it generates that don't quite fit the search parameters and you will have to take time to clean out that list, but honestly that's something you'll have to do with any data scraper.

Apollo is great for a number of reasons, specifically if you're targeting a particular audience, such as C-suite executive type of folks; but if you're trying to target people like general contractors or small restaurants, those type of companies are not going to be on Linked-in. At most, they just have a Facebook or Google page that they use. LeadSwift pulls from all sorts of platforms and also provides you with links to their social media pages, making it a much more well-rounded platform.

Started using LeadSwift last month - does what it promises. Found quality leads for my software business. Interface is clean, export feature works smoothly. Not the cheapest option out there, but the data quality makes up for it. Would recommend giving it a try.

Decent tool for finding B2B contacts. The email verification feature is reliable and search filters help narrow down prospects quickly. Customer service could be more responsive, but the platform itself works well enough. Worth the investment if you're serious about lead generation.

This is clearly a tool that embraces simplicity, yet has deeper filtering and lead-sourcing options than other tools, which have way more complex UI and are much more expensive. For example, the 2-3 largest tools in the market simply can't replicate lead-gen for local businesses like LeadSwift. As for some AI tools I've tested that can replicate those searches, they're over 10x the price when factoring in how many credits would need to be used with those tools.

Pros

I was impressed by how helpful the support team was when I was researching LeadSwift against several other products. The tool seems easy enough to use, and the pricing massively beats other tools I was considering.

Cons

It would be nice if there were a way to generate leads by state and/or country. Additionally, the UI isn't quite as nice as other tools I've tested.

TOP lead software in 2025 We just tried leadswift and I can confidently say that it's absolutely the best leads software out there I've tried so far. Not only does it freshly pull data from multiple sources but also includes email sequences in the same software. This is a hidden gem, considering both pricing and quality.

Cons

Website building feature is not even needed and could be removed as other services provide this already

It’s been reliable and efficient. LeadSwift helped me build a strong list of potential clients without wasting budget. It's one of the few tools I’ve tried that actually feels like it’s worth the subscription. I’ll keep using it.

Pros

The value for money is excellent. I used it to find architects and the targeting was spot on. Most leads are accurate and up to date, which saves a ton of time. The platform is simple to use and doesn't require much setup.

Cons

Occasionally a lead might be outdated but it's rare. Would be nice to have more filtering options for very niche targeting.

awesome. no issues so far. other than outlook imap didnt work. but switched to other email provider and could make it work.

Pros

ease of use and lead search. way better than lemlist. i totally recommend this software

a little clunky UI but it gets the job done. maybe the email integration could be made easier but it gets the job done.

Love LeadSwift, if people start to understand how powerful a tool is, that you let you scale without hidden or additional costs, im afraid they wont be as cheap forever.

Pros

LeadSwift provides extensive Lead Generation Capabilities and Unlimited Outreach for a fraction of the cost, they don't limit you. You get so much more value for the money you invest in, as it's super super worth it. Yet, people still seem to sleep on it

Cons

The LeadGen is obviously focused on Local Business, so its more about generic email adresses and some duplicates are in as LeadSwift filters tons of sources (Nothing, that we cant fix very quick)
