This is clearly a tool that embraces simplicity, yet has deeper filtering and lead-sourcing options than other tools, which have way more complex UI and are much more expensive. For example, the 2-3 largest tools in the market simply can't replicate lead-gen for local businesses like LeadSwift. As for some AI tools I've tested that can replicate those searches, they're over 10x the price when factoring in how many credits would need to be used with those tools.

Pros

I was impressed by how helpful the support team was when I was researching LeadSwift against several other products. The tool seems easy enough to use, and the pricing massively beats other tools I was considering.

Cons

It would be nice if there were a way to generate leads by state and/or country. Additionally, the UI isn't quite as nice as other tools I've tested.

Very positive overall. It’s easy to use, delivers reliable leads, and makes the whole process simple and efficient, despite the occasional missing email address.

Pros

Easy-to-use lead generation tool with a clean, user-friendly interface. Affordable and good choice overall.

Cons

One downside is that some leads are missing certain contact details, though these can usually be found with a deeper manual search online.

Insanely simple to use, and has way more features than I originally thought it would going in to it.

Realistically I like almost everything about the platform other than sometimes the audit tool doesn't see certain info online.

Pros

I’m blown away by how clean the data is! The sorting capabilities make it incredibly easy to cut through the noise and zero in on the exact contacts our business needs to grow

Cons

While the filtering system is powerful, the interface has a bit of a learning curve for new team members. It took us some time to fully master the advanced search syntax to get the results we needed, though the output quality ultimately made the effort worth it.

Overall id say this has been the best software ive used, does what its marketing and does it extremly well. im happy

Pros

I run a residential cleaning service in Naperville, and for years my biggest struggle was speed-to-lead. I would miss a text while driving to a job, call them back an hour later, and they had already booked someone else. SteadyStateAI changed that overnight. It isn't just a generic auto-responder; it actually knows my specific pricing for deep cleans vs. standard cleans and handles the entire Q&A process.

Cons

In the first 60 days, we saw a 40% increase in booked jobs because the AI engages leads instantly, 24/7. The best part is the 'Safety Net'—I trust it because it hands off the weird requests to me, but handles the standard 90% perfectly. It’s like having a full-time office manager for a fraction of the cost."

Easy to sign up and get started, you can get a ton of leads right away on any industry. IMO its one of the cheapest ways to get leads.

Pros

Super easy to use and easy to get TONS of leads for a really low price, my team uses it daily to get b2b leads for cold email.

Cons

I wish the email verification was default and more businesses had google ratings, other than that its a great product.

Great experience compared to other leads platforms, you get 10x more leads and more info about the company through this platform compared to others

Pros

Lot of features for a good lead list building activity, you can pause the subscription if you need some time cleaning the list and not waste seaarches per day and renew whenever you are ready and that helps keep all the subscription days fully utilised even if you are busy with other things and not using the platform, very efficient feature

Cons

Nothing, it serves most of my activities for lead list building and custom html feature also helps segregate lists

great. I've been able to get leads quickly without paying a ton and that's been super helpful. I plan to keep using them.

Pros

Simple design for a lot of leads. Tour makes it easy and can do multiple areas at one time which is super helpful.

Cons

I'm still trying to figure out some of the functions. Some of the popups were a little confusing when I was trying to run a lead list and both options triggered a popup warning.

Pros

LeadSwift is a complete lead generation tool. I primarily use it for scraping local business leads. I recommend everyone who wants to take advantage of its unlimited lead scraping feature with a single click.

Cons

There is none I found. The only downside is that it doesn't include the source link in its lead list. Other than everything is very impressive.
