Bulk activities can be performed in estimated time. Pros As an admin role I feel very easy to upload the bulk assessments in one go. It is a very easy tool. if there is any error in template even the error file gets downloaded and helps us to rectify or identify where the error is. Many tool do not show where the error is highlighted but the upload gets fails. But in Mettl it allow us to download and reupload again. Cons Assessment can be very easily accessible with the link. It can help screen from a large number of candidates to a shorter list. That being said, online assessments cannot serve as a replacement for face to face interviews, as it would lack many other aspects of evaluating the candidate. Another pattern I found is that, candidates were upset about more rounds of interviews. Also try to keep the Mettl assessments not too long, max from 30 mins to 1 hour. Pros \- Able to quickly create Assessments. - Different types of Assessments are available from cognitive and behavioral tests to domain-specific tests. Cons \- Permissions/ Roles within Mettl are confusing, Eg: who can create/ manage/ view Assessment and Questions, or who is the owner of an Assessment.
