I like the support I got from the Mettl Technical Team during the setting up as they were able to guide me and adjust based on our needs. Pros I like the Mettl Leadership Assessment as it provides the employee's abilities/tendencies versus the identified competencies that leaders of the 21st century should have. Moreover, the tool also provide self paced indivvidyal development plan to address areas for improvement of the employee. Executive Director E-Learning Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Expired credits without notice and required 5x increase to re-purchase" September 22, 2023 1.0 Pros The multiple languages feature was helpful but test links often went to spam/junk folder for student using a gmail account Cons Poor customer service as my account rep constantly changed. On day, without any notice, my credits (prepayments) were expired. I was then told I had to purchase 5x my annual use to renew. I literally had 6 students waiting to take the exam so I had to immediately find a new solution. Mettl rep made no attempt to return my credits or extend my time. I was just cut off and told to pay more if I wanted to continue to use Mettl. Pros I don't like it because i its so complicated for someone who is giving exam on this platform. Cons I started my exam and i couldn't upload scan document and it doesn't allow all browsers and it doesn't even work sometimes. So I couldn't give my exam because of this issues.
