So I would think that it is not me, but maybe overral my whole company that thinks it is not good for those applications. Not sure if it is too expensive to add those features. Pros that it is easy to access, know and see all your pending activies. In that way you can be more easily on time on each of your tasks. Cons Maybe one thing that is counter productice to workday, is how big it is. For many normal users, work day most of the time is just the application where my employer loads my tasks and I have to complete a few times a year. I know it is larger and more complex than that, but that is the main use I have given to it. It seems to be the most common solution for companies. Cons I kept getting locked out with no way to reset my password. It seemed like there is no user-specific interface so as I was using it across companies during recruiting/interviewing it was messing up the logins or something. However, the only improvement I can see them having is to better manage the pay tabs along with work hours and paid time off. These are not so easy to manage but the platform is great aside from that nitpick area. Pros The dash is laid out great, with a tab for every single navigation needed in order to manage work management. Cons The least thing I like about workday is the layout for the work hours tab with paid time off. The layout can get confusing and hard to nagivate. Pros Workday is great for work management. It contains a way to clock in and out. Also manage time off, sick days and any other time request. It is user friendly, but also contains a way to learn how to properly use it. Plus any positions offered with in the company can be assessed and contain all the details about the positions.
