en general es una plataforma agil y sencilla de usar.

Pros

me gusta la funcion de poder legalizar y cerrar informes de manera rapida e inmediata, asi poder tener la informacion de la compañia al dia, con nuestro sistema contable.

Cons

en algunas ocasiones se evidencia, que si un usuario solicita un anticipo y necesita aprobación. el informa del aprobado no llega de manera inmediata al correo para seguir tramitando

La incorporación de RINDEGASTOS a mi proyecto (aún en su módulo más básico) ha sido clave para el correcto y seguro control de gastos operativos a rembolsar, de un grupo de prospectadores de terreno.Después de esta implementación, el desorden y los gastos no justificados se redujeron casi a cero y tenemos registro semanal con evidencia fotográfica e línea.Si no entra a RINDEGASTO y se aprueba por esta vía no se reembolsa.

Pros

El registro en línea de los documentos de gastos con fotografía. Esto es clave cuando tienes un equipo que trabaja en terreno y se mueve dentro de todo Chile

Cons

A mi experiencia, lo más débil es la gestión dé bajadas de los datos hacia Excel.acá hay un oportunidad de mejora.
