Der Support wird über ein Ticket-System gewährleistet und scheint die Haupteinnahmequelle des Unternehmens zu sein. Die Antworten auf Fragen, die nur aufgrund der mangelhaften Dokumentation notwendig werden, werden grundsätzlich und unverhandelbar in Rechnung gestellt.

Pros

Sämtliche Funktionen, die wir als KMU benötigen, sind innerhalb des Systems vereint. Die Handhabung ist zumeist intuitiv.

Cons

Der Funktionsumfang ist in der Tiefe recht beschränkt, so sind z.B. die verschiedenen Auswertungsmöglichkeiten schnell ausgeschöpft und liefern nicht die Ergebnisse, die man sich wünschen würde. Die Online-Hilfe bezieht sich nicht auf die aktuelle Programm-Version, wodurch beschriebene Vorgehensweisen nicht in der aktuellen Version nachvollziehbar sind. Aus meiner Sicht ein grosser Schwachpunkt.
