Não preciso fazer quase nada no dia a dia, fica tudo automático. Pros Tenho 10 imóveis alugados e até pouco tempo pagava pra imobiliária mandar boleto e fazer o repasse. Com o Accordous eu mesmo gero e automatizo a cobrança Também da pra acompanhar se o inquilino pagou e tenho o histórico de tudo. Só isso já se paga!!
