It's an excellent app to use, I love it.

Pros

I like using Oneroute because you will be able to see your previous conversation with a customer and it's an easy application to use.

Cons

The maximum words you can send to a customer is very short, it will be great if someone can be able to send long messages or broadcast to customers without shortening it many times.

Pros

What I appreciate the most about One Route is its capability to send instant broadcast messages to WhatsApp users. This feature ensures immediate delivery to recipients as long as the merchant is on WhatsApp. Additionally, I find it valuable that you can view merchant replies within the conversation and see the number of people in the queue while on a conversation page.

Cons

I believe that One Route should enhance its template feature. There are instances when uploading a new template can be challenging, and it would be beneficial to have a straightforward process for deleting templates that are no longer in use.
