Cons

Sometimes it would be handy to have a physical card in hand, as now you always need to log in first.

I like it 90% of the time as long as I don't have to manually add invoices. I had to strain a little to figure out where to find that email.

Pros

I found it a very convenient tool for managing a corporate card, it's easy to manage and retrieve information. It's natively clear how to add pushed invoices or get the necessary numbers.

Cons

The Mac OS app looks like a copy of the phone app. Most likely, it is. And if you have it installed, it is impossible to open banking page in the browser. That is, getting your internal email address for quick invoice sending becomes simply impossible if Mac OS is your only operating system.

I use it a lot for agency payments, it's fast. The payment is instant, which allows us not to waste time when we are with the client

Pros

its easy to use, simple and secured. The system is convenient, having your own card here at the agency is more interesting

Cons

I like the least that we have to provide proof of payments.and that when we make a payment sometimes the total payment is broken down (especially for airplane seats, a total payment of €100 at once is charged but afterwards we have to justify 4x€25)

Pros

A very user-friendly program that prioritizes payment security. Plus, everything is easy to use. I highly recommend it for companies that process a lot of payments.

Cons

The inability to generate a transaction confirmation for the bank/customer—this poses a problem in the event of a complaint.

Pros

The best thing is how quickly we can create new cards. It's very helpful when we have to make reservation fast. Also, we have many options, few currencies ;)

Cons

What did you like least about Pliant? It's difficult to find any cons :) Maybe, this - We cannot pay by Pliant in a couple of hotels. I don't know the reason.

Some small things to improve, but the overall experience still is great, both iPhone app and web page!

Pros

The interface is clean, easy to understand, and fast to use, which matters a lot for day-to-day finance operations. Creating and managing cards feels straightforward, receipt collection is practical, and the overall experience is much more modern than older expense platforms.

Cons

When I changed phone numbers, it was impossible to regain access to the app by myself, had to ask a company admin which is a pain. There should be other ways to prove my identity (face recog, etc.).

Meine Erfahrung mit Pliant ist durchweg positiv. Die Plattform ist benutzerfreundlich, modern und bietet effiziente Lösungen für das Ausgabenmanagement. Besonders schätze ich den schnellen Support und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Funktionen.

Pros

An Pliant gefällt mir besonders der innovative Ansatz im Bereich digitaler Firmenkreditkarten. Die Kombination aus Technologie, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Effizienz ist überzeugend. Außerdem schätze ich die dynamische Atmosphäre und das internationale Wachstumspotenzial.

Cons

Da Pliant sich in einem dynamischen Wachstumsumfeld befindet, können sich Strukturen und Prozesse schnell verändern – das erfordert viel Flexibilität. Für mich ist das aber weniger ein Nachteil als eine spannende Herausforderung, aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung beizutragen.

Wir haben Pliant damals empfohlen bekommen aufgrund der einfachen Kartenverwaltung. Damals war der Service noch umsonst. Mittlerweile ist kostenpflichtig (für uns mit 5 Nutzern ein dreistelliger Betrag im Monat) und trotzdem ist der Kundensupport nicht zufriedenstellend. Darüber hinaus können wir nur Guthaben aufladen (mind. 2-3 Tage Verzögerung) und nicht per Kontoeinzug am Ende des Monats unsere Karten nutzen. Dies führt dazu, dass Pliant in der Handhabung sehr umständlich geworden ist.

Pros

Die einfache Kartenverwaltung, Einrichtung digitaler Karten und auch die Limitverwaltung ist sehr einfach, sowie das Hochladen von Belegen zu den einzelnen Zahlungen.

Cons

Sehr teuer: anfänglich war Pliant umsonst und nachdem wir es in unsere Prozesse integriert haben, wurden Gebühren eingeführt, die wir als sehr hoch empfinden. Schlechter Kundensupport: Uns wurde ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vorgestellt, der aber nie auf Emails antwortet. Umständlich: Wir können unser Konto nur vorab aufladen, wobei das Geld erst mit einer Verzögerung von 2-3 Werktagen auf dem Konto ist. Dadurch haben wir immer wieder abgelehnte Zahlungen oder können unsere Karten nicht benutzen, wenn außerplanmäßig größere Zahlungen anfallen.

Pros

sehr übersichtliche Plattform mit extrem feingranularen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Auch die Verwaltung mehrerer Karten auf Mitarbeiterebene funktioniert tadellos.

Cons

Teilweise sind die Rechtevergaben etwas unübersichtlich. Auch die Budgetverwaltung ist teilweise unnötig komplex.

Ich nutze den Internetanschluss regelmäßig und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Verbindung ist stabil und schnell, Ausfälle oder größere Probleme habe ich bisher nicht erlebt. Auch der Kundenservice war bei Rückfragen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt kann ich den Anbieter daher guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Pros

Die App-Unterstützung ist wirklich hervorragend. Alle Funktionen laufen stabil und Updates bringen regelmäßig neue Verbesserungen. Der Kundenservice reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und hilft kompetent weiter. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Lösung für alle, die Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit legen.

Cons

Ein Nachteil der Plattform sind die teilweise umständlichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, die den Anmeldeprozess unnötig in die Länge ziehen. Die Vielzahl an Schritten bei der Registrierung kann für neue Nutzer abschreckend wirken und erschwert den schnellen Zugang zu den gewünschten Funktionen.

Das ich jederzeit einfach Karten erstellen kann und das Rechnungen automatisch zugeordnet werden. Die Verwendung als Wallet.

Cons

Eine echte Karte wäre noch gut, für die Hauptkarten. Sonst gibt es keine Nachteile. Funktioniert alles soweit.

Wenn es mal Schwierigkeiten gibt, ist der Kundenservice schnell erreichbar und v ersucht Probleme zu lösen.

Pros

Die Software ist gut einfach bedienbar. Keine unnötige und komplizierte Menuführung. Keinerlei Ausfälle oder Schwierigkeiten bei Zahlungen. Eine schöne Cashback Übersicht ist vorhanden. Auch das Abholen des Cashback funktioniert per Klick. Kreditkarten sind mit wenigen Klicks erstellt oder auch verlängert.

Cons

Anfangs war der Service kostenfrei und mittlerweile wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Ansonsten gibt es da nichts negative, und das ist gut so!

Pros

Die Apple Pay Integration macht das Zahlen sehr kofortabel, die Erinneurng Belege hochzuladen sind hilfreich.

Cons

Wenn man sich bei Apple Pay mal vertippt und mit der falschen Karte bezahlt merkt man wieder wie Aufwendig es ist sich die Kohle vom Arbeitgeber wieder zu holen ;)

Cons

Die Kamerafunktion bzw. die Scan-Funktion der Rechnungen erfüllen leider nicht immer die praktischen Anforderungen
