I like it 90% of the time as long as I don't have to manually add invoices. I had to strain a little to figure out where to find that email.

Pros

I found it a very convenient tool for managing a corporate card, it's easy to manage and retrieve information. It's natively clear how to add pushed invoices or get the necessary numbers.

Cons

The Mac OS app looks like a copy of the phone app. Most likely, it is. And if you have it installed, it is impossible to open banking page in the browser. That is, getting your internal email address for quick invoice sending becomes simply impossible if Mac OS is your only operating system.

A smooth and efficient experience overall. It simplifies spend management and gives clear visibility across the business.

Pros

The ease of issuing and managing cards, combined with real-time visibility on spending, makes it very efficient. It removes a lot of the manual work from expense tracking and approvals.

Cons

It works well for day-to-day spend management, but lacks depth in reporting and custom workflows compared to more mature finance platforms.

I use it a lot for agency payments, it's fast. The payment is instant, which allows us not to waste time when we are with the client

Pros

its easy to use, simple and secured. The system is convenient, having your own card here at the agency is more interesting

Cons

I like the least that we have to provide proof of payments.and that when we make a payment sometimes the total payment is broken down (especially for airplane seats, a total payment of €100 at once is charged but afterwards we have to justify 4x€25)

Pros

A very user-friendly program that prioritizes payment security. Plus, everything is easy to use. I highly recommend it for companies that process a lot of payments.

Cons

The inability to generate a transaction confirmation for the bank/customer—this poses a problem in the event of a complaint.

Pros

The best thing is how quickly we can create new cards. It's very helpful when we have to make reservation fast. Also, we have many options, few currencies ;)

Cons

What did you like least about Pliant? It's difficult to find any cons :) Maybe, this - We cannot pay by Pliant in a couple of hotels. I don't know the reason.

Some small things to improve, but the overall experience still is great, both iPhone app and web page!

Pros

The interface is clean, easy to understand, and fast to use, which matters a lot for day-to-day finance operations. Creating and managing cards feels straightforward, receipt collection is practical, and the overall experience is much more modern than older expense platforms.

Cons

When I changed phone numbers, it was impossible to regain access to the app by myself, had to ask a company admin which is a pain. There should be other ways to prove my identity (face recog, etc.).

Cons

The camera often gets confused, especially if the lighting isn't perfect and the receipt is scrunched up.

I have note of the card details and use it for paying suppliers, then I go on the web site and open the transaction and add the clients name and our office reference number for accounts department

Pros

Is very easy to use and keep track of payments. All staff have their own unique card number and so there is no need for verification which is very problematic when there only one card for the the company

Cons

its a bit more work having to go onto the web site all the time to edit payments to show name and ref so our accounts department can reconcile payments easily

Pros

Super Tool, um Mitarbeitern Online-Zahlungen für die Firma zu ermöglichen. Wir nutzen Pliant auch, um für Kunden Werbungskosten auf Social-Media abzuwickeln

Cons

Nur gegen Vorauszahlung, der Weg von der Überweisung bis zur Verfügbarkeit des Guthabens kann auch mal ein paar Tage länger dauern.

Pros

Funktioniert sehr gut, einfach in der Bedienung, ermöglicht schnelle Arbeitsweise, Zahlungen sind leicht nachvollziehbar und transparent

Cons

Einige wenige Airlinewebsites akzeptieren keine Pliant Karten bzw. es kommt zu Problemen z. B. Pegasus Airlines

Super unkompliziert in der Handhabung. Man hat alle Transaktionen im Überblick und kann alle Parameter schnell und quasi in Time ändern.

Pros

Sehr flexibel mit der Anlage und dem Sperren von Kreditkarten. Kompetenter und freundlicher Support.

Cons

Der Hinweis, dass eine Karte ausläuft kommt etwas zu spät. Das wird wieder behoben, da man schnell eine neue Karte anlegen kann. Leider werden virtuelle Karten noch nicht überall akzeptiert (z.B. kleinere Hotels), aber da kann Pliant nichts dafür.

Übersicht ist ordentlich und gut einzusehen. Ausserdem finde ich die Aufmachung der Belege gut und nachvollziehbar

Suchfunktion könnte noch besser dargestellt sein. Mehrfache Belege können teilweise nicht angezeigt werden, sondern nur der letzte hochgeladenen

Wenn es mal Schwierigkeiten gibt, ist der Kundenservice schnell erreichbar und v ersucht Probleme zu lösen.

Pros

Die Software ist gut einfach bedienbar. Keine unnötige und komplizierte Menuführung. Keinerlei Ausfälle oder Schwierigkeiten bei Zahlungen. Eine schöne Cashback Übersicht ist vorhanden. Auch das Abholen des Cashback funktioniert per Klick. Kreditkarten sind mit wenigen Klicks erstellt oder auch verlängert.

Cons

Anfangs war der Service kostenfrei und mittlerweile wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Ansonsten gibt es da nichts negative, und das ist gut so!

Cons

Leider ist das abfotografieren von Quittungen beziehungsweise Rechnungen noch nicht optimal gelöst bitte noch etwas korrigieren

Pros

App einfach und unkompliziert. Schnelle Meldungen über push sind immer nice to have und somit einfach zu handeln.

Cons

Karte könnte besser sein, blaue karte... Dies macht sie leicht minderwert und Kratzer kommen somit schnell rauf.

Die Bezahlung mit Pliant war bisher einfach und unkompliziert, Erinnerung zur Einpflegung der Belege hilfreich, Handhabung auch einfach zu händeln

Cons

Bisher kann ich noch nichts negatives feststellen- die Karte war immer einsatzbereit . Benachrichtigungen oder Erinnerungen nicht nervig.

Sehr gute Erfahrungen bisher. Auch bei Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support habe ich hervorragende Erlebnisse gehabt.

Pros

Es ist unkompliziert und die App ist sehr zeitgerecht und Übersichtlich. Zahlung überall möglich, ohne Einschränkungen. Man sieht sofort alle Transaktionen und kann die Belege sofort und unkompliziert hochladen.

Cons

Es gibt keine Nachteile. Die App ist Hervorragend und auch der Support ist sehr schnell und Kompetent, daher keine Nachteile oder was, was mir wenig gefällt.

Ich habe über Pliant meine Firmenkreditkarte erhalten und nutze diese, da ich remote arbeite, für geschäftliche Reisen und ähnliches. Bisher gab es keinerlei Probleme und wenn man mal etwas erfragen musste, ging auch das sehr schnell.

Pros

Alles läuft reibungslos und ist sehr übersichtlich. Sowohl die Weboberfläche als auch die Android App.

Cons

Mir sind keine Nachteile oder negativen Aspekte der Weboberfläche oder Android App aufgefallen. Ich bin mit allem zufrieden.

Pros

Die unkomplizierte Handhabung, 2-Faktor- Indentifizierung, Erinnerungen an die Notwendigkeit, die Belege zu speichern.

Cons

Ich habe wirklich keine Einwände. Alle für meine Tätigkeit als Reisebüromitarbeiterin notwendigen Bedingungen sind bei Pliant erfüllt.

Hatte noch nie Zahlungsprobleme mit meiner Karte. Einbindung in alle möglichen Zahlungsmethoden hat gut funktioniert.

Pros

Einfach und unkompliziert, sehr guten App zum einfachen und klarem Verfolgung der Zahlungen und dokumentierenden der Rechnungen.

Cons

Im Moment noch keine, ich verwende die Karte bei jeder Reisen und hatte bis jetzt noch keine Probleme oder negative Erfahrungen.
