It is very easy to use, you see immediately how much the exchange rate is and it is safe by being able to limit spending categories.

Cons

Sometimes it would be handy to have a physical card in hand, as now you always need to log in first.

Pros

A very user-friendly program that prioritizes payment security. Plus, everything is easy to use. I highly recommend it for companies that process a lot of payments.

Cons

The inability to generate a transaction confirmation for the bank/customer—this poses a problem in the event of a complaint.

I use it a lot for agency payments, it's fast. The payment is instant, which allows us not to waste time when we are with the client

Pros

its easy to use, simple and secured. The system is convenient, having your own card here at the agency is more interesting

Cons

I like the least that we have to provide proof of payments.and that when we make a payment sometimes the total payment is broken down (especially for airplane seats, a total payment of €100 at once is charged but afterwards we have to justify 4x€25)

I like it 90% of the time as long as I don't have to manually add invoices. I had to strain a little to figure out where to find that email.

Pros

I found it a very convenient tool for managing a corporate card, it's easy to manage and retrieve information. It's natively clear how to add pushed invoices or get the necessary numbers.

Cons

The Mac OS app looks like a copy of the phone app. Most likely, it is. And if you have it installed, it is impossible to open banking page in the browser. That is, getting your internal email address for quick invoice sending becomes simply impossible if Mac OS is your only operating system.

A smooth and efficient experience overall. It simplifies spend management and gives clear visibility across the business.

Pros

The ease of issuing and managing cards, combined with real-time visibility on spending, makes it very efficient. It removes a lot of the manual work from expense tracking and approvals.

Cons

It works well for day-to-day spend management, but lacks depth in reporting and custom workflows compared to more mature finance platforms.

The best thing is how quickly we can create new cards. It's very helpful when we have to make reservation fast. Also, we have many options, few currencies ;)

Cons

What did you like least about Pliant? It's difficult to find any cons :) Maybe, this - We cannot pay by Pliant in a couple of hotels. I don't know the reason.

Some small things to improve, but the overall experience still is great, both iPhone app and web page!

Pros

The interface is clean, easy to understand, and fast to use, which matters a lot for day-to-day finance operations. Creating and managing cards feels straightforward, receipt collection is practical, and the overall experience is much more modern than older expense platforms.

Cons

When I changed phone numbers, it was impossible to regain access to the app by myself, had to ask a company admin which is a pain. There should be other ways to prove my identity (face recog, etc.).

Ich kam von Beginn an sehr gut mit dem Programm zurecht und musste mich nicht lange einarbeiten. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Pros

Das komplette Programm finde ich sehr anwenderfreundlich und übersichtlich. Der Export zu Datev ist super. Ich war von Anfang an begeistert. Alle Buchungssätze sind vorgegeben, man muss sie lediglich vervollständigen. Der Support in der ersten Zeit war vorbildlich. Man hat sofort einen Ansprechpartner bekommen und musste nicht lange warten.

Cons

Vielleicht wäre es schön, wenn man noch die Möglichkeit hätte, einen Text zu schreiben, der zu Datev übernommen wird.

Wir sind mit Pliant vor einigen Jahren gestartet und nutzen mit Prepaid-Funktion ein Dutzend Kreditkarten. Die Trennung in unterschiedliche Kartenbereiche und die einfache Exportierbarkeit für internes Reporting und die Buchhaltung überzeugen uns als zufriedenen Nutzer.

Pros

Großartige Übersicht aus Buchhaltungssicht (z.B. Sichtnutzer für die Steuerberatung) Gute App mit schnellem Belegscan für die Nutzer

Cons

Verwaltung der Limite von vielen Karten etwas unübersichtlich Cashback-System hat für uns keinen Mehrwert

Wir nutzen Pliant für Zahlungsabwicklungen aller Art und es gibt keine Probleme damit. Pliant ermöglicht eine einfache und schnelle Arbeitsweise bei Zahlung von diversen Leistungen.

Pros

Funktioniert sehr gut, einfach in der Bedienung, ermöglicht schnelle Arbeitsweise, Zahlungen sind leicht nachvollziehbar und transparent

Cons

Einige wenige Airlinewebsites akzeptieren keine Pliant Karten bzw. es kommt zu Problemen z. B. Pegasus Airlines

Ich nutze die Kreditkarten von Pliant sowohl physische aber auch Online dienstlich und bin super zufrieden.

Pros

Es ist immer Möglich den Tageslimit anzuheben. Ich finde auch das erstellen der weiteren Online Kreditkarten super!

Cons

Leider kann man nicht ggf. bei einer Partnerbank Bargeld abheben. Aber das ist auch in Ordnung eigentlich.

Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit Pliant ist größtenteils positiv. Die Plattform ist hervorragend für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Erstellung und Verwaltung virtueller Kreditkarten geeignet.

Pros

Das Interface ist sehr anwenderfreundlich und angenehm. Die Erstellung der virtuellen Kreditkarten ist sehr einfach.

Cons

Der größte Nachteil ist, dass manche Anbieter die Pliant-Kreditkarten nicht unterstützen, was dazu führt, dass online Buchungen nicht abgeschlossen werden können.

Cons

Wir nutzen die Kreditkarte seit zwei Jahren und das ganze ist super einfach, die Quittung hochzuladen und zuvertaggen geht fix.

Pros

Die Apple Pay Integration macht das Zahlen sehr kofortabel, die Erinneurng Belege hochzuladen sind hilfreich.

Cons

Wenn man sich bei Apple Pay mal vertippt und mit der falschen Karte bezahlt merkt man wieder wie Aufwendig es ist sich die Kohle vom Arbeitgeber wieder zu holen ;)

Ich kann zu Pliant erstmal nichts negatives sagen. Die paar Fehler oder Bugs die Apps entstanden sind, waren auch wieder schnell behoben.

Pliant überzeugt mich durch eine gute Kombination aus Geschwindigkeit, einfacher Bedienbarkeit und einer äußerst intuitiven Benutzeroberfläche, die den tägliche Nutzung effizient und angenehm gestaltet.

Cons

Die Kamerafunktion bzw. die Scan-Funktion der Rechnungen erfüllen leider nicht immer die praktischen Anforderungen

Cons

Für meine Zwecke alles in Ordnung und einwandfrei. Ich habe keine Probleme bei der Nutzung von Pilant.
