The ticketing system is brilliant. Support has been quick. It's a very comprehensive end-to-end solution. Staff like it as it has a very friendly mobile app for clocking in off and seeing your leave position. I love that policies are always uptodate, rather than me having to reactively learn and create them.

Pros

The applicant tracking system is a dream and has saved me a fortune in recruitment time. One place to track,l communicate, take notes, and recruit applicants from LinkedIn or Indeed or direct from our website. The flow to supported policies and contracts that integrate are fabulous and supported by their HR Assist function. The time and attendance copes with the most complex arrangements you could imagine and we have some. Time management superb and we have outputs directly for payroll. Chat duo means that you can keep all communications within the platform and I even see multilingual-driven AI in the support, and now an integrated payroll.

Cons

I onboarded myself as a challenge and learned the system about 2 years ago but I see that their support and onboarding have improved dramatically. I am very familiar with it, but as we have complexities, handing over to my successor is a personal challenge for me.
