We are able to provide our stakeholders data and information they care about when relaying the risks of each third party...financial impact! Their automation and continuous innovation have allowed us to speed up our review processes, have more accurate data, and focus our efforts where needed. Pros Black Kite allows us to have continuous monitoring over our critical third parties and has provided us a means of cyber risk quantification of those relationships. In addition, everything they provide to you they are able to back up with the data, the equations, the logic etc. as to where and how they arrived at that information which is key for defensibility to stakeholders. The Ransomware Susceptibility Report allows us to report on our riskiest vendors to the board based upon their likelihood of a ransomware attack and allows us to address with the vendor findings that are contributing to that likelihood. Cons There is little to not love about Black Kite. My prior con has slowly been addressed with new updates from Black Kite around customization of dashboards.
