Pros It's ability to use existing azure services, providing robust security for the VMware workloads. Disaster recovery is another great aspect of azure VMware solution. As it helps to reduce VMWare workload from on-premise. Maintenance cost is also reduced. We are really enjoying the benefit of hybrid cloud where we have few critical resources in on premise network and few resources in cloud Pros 1\. Azure VMware reduces the overall cost as the VMware workload is moved from on premises network to the cloud so maintenance will be less. 2. Higher level of security provided by the Microsoft for securing your VMware workload on the cloud. 3. Easily deploy our VMware workload to cloud as well as we can create new VM on azure. 4. Availability of the resources is high with the disaster recovery plan. 5. Automate any task with the help of arm templates. Cons 1\. Cloud expert is required who will able to manage the resources on cloud. 2. Speed will be issue sometimes. It has been very beneficial since I have been able to access resources quickly and from anywhere without excision, I am always maintaining security and controlled access Pros What I like most about this Azure service is that we can have our machines in a cloud infrastructure that allows us to access them from anywhere and at any time and above all have them safe and supported in terms of disaster, this does not help to keep our information, environment and code backed up in a fully secure and accessible infrastructure Cons I could say that at first it is a bit difficult to configure the environment or for personnel who are not infrastructure but once configured it is very easy to use and maintain Review Source Jonathan Alexander C. It was very favorable and transparent to be able to migrate these machines that we had in our premises and take them to Azure and continue with the services offered. Pros What I like most about this service offered by Microsoft Azure in the clouds is the native integration of our vmware vSphere service and having the ease of being able to manage our vmware virtual machines and our infrastructure in a hybrid way. As a result, we may utilize them as build agents to build Linux images for WSL.We used to increase disc racks and VMs on the premise as needed, but with this Azure VMware solution, we were able to scale so easily. Pros It's not been long since I used this software but I can say that it serves its purpose. It also saves a lot of cost. You can easily have your systems on a cloud infrastructure and you can easily access them securely. Also there is not fear of loss of data due to any issue so your data will also remain safe. Cons There are no cons to using this software.
