The Insights feature is another favorite, constantly surfacing new opportunities to optimise and improve efficiency. Pros We’ve been working with Doit for a few years now and can always rely on their support—whether it’s for cloud services or cost optimization. Their team has consistently provided us with detailed, technical advice during production incidents. We’ve found their cloud cost reports to be significantly better than the vendors’—easy to read and analyze. They’ve helped us build a FinOps foundation within our company and shift from simply spending in the cloud to actively saving. They are proactive and genuinely eager to help, offering presentations to educate our team and suggesting ways to improve. Pros DoiT provides a valuable service that not only costs us nothing, but actually saves us money. They promptly respond to our queries, and proactively notify us about infrastructure problems, and they provide us dashboards and metrics to monitor our services and spending. Cons There isn't much to dislike. An API to export spending information would be valuable to enable us to create combined reports, so maybe that's something they can implement in the future.
