Es una muy buena aplicación que ofrece muy buenas funcionalidades por un precio bastante razonable, considero que hay pequeñas mejoras por hacer, pero en general el desempeño es muy bueno.

Pros

Es un software de fácil integración con las aplicaciones de mensajería de las diferentes redes sociales, el soporte posventa es de primera ya que responden muy rápido ante cualquier incidente, el chatbot ayuda muchísimo para automatizar la atención a los clientes en horarios donde no hay un asesor conectado.

Cons

Deberían tener una app móvil para una mejor gestión de los chats desde cualquier lugar. Cuando un cliente anterior vuelve a escribir sería bueno retomar la conversación en donde se quedó, y no aparecer como si fuera un nuevo cliente ya que lo puede atender otro asesor y no saber qué es lo que el cliente estaba necesitando. A veces los mensajes tienen un periodo de demora al ser enviados y eso genera confusión al conversar con el cliente.

Lo que más me gusta de Ticker es que en una plataforma puedes etiquetar y asignar chats.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no tenga un soporte de bloqueo a los que hacen spam.

El uso de la plataforma es rápido y fácil de usar, además me permite tener todo más ordenado y me permite gestionar mejor todos mis chats.

Creo que se deberia de poder responder los mensajes pasando las 24 hrs. ya que muchas veces no se pueden responder los mensaje en el día, ya sea porque no son dias laborales o por los feriados largos.

Actualmente Ticker nos ha ayudado en el descongestionamiento del tráfico WhatsApp y en la gestión de mensajes a nuestros clientes, así mismo, nos ayuda mucho en la reportería mes a mes.

Pros

El Software fue tan sencillo que en un día aprendimos casi el 90% sobre el uso de la plataforma, así mismo, integra un árbol de decisiones que ayuda mucho a nuestros clientes.

Cons

Creemos que podrían mejorar en el soporte ya que en los planes básicos actualmente solo te brindan la comunicación vía chat.

Desde el primer día de uso me pareció muy fácil de utilizar la plataforma. Y, cuando necesitaba ayuda, su equipo de soporte siempre estaba disponible.

Pros

Que puedes acceder a la API de WhatsApp sin costo de implementación. Solo tengo que pagar por consumo.
