Virto Calendar App is a calendar for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online that brings every schedule into one color-coded view. It overlays SharePoint list events, Outlook and Exchange Online calendars, Microsoft 365 group and resource calendars, Microsoft Planner tasks, and external iCal/ICS feeds, so teams plan from a single place instead of switching between calendars. Views include day, week, month, year, Gantt, multi-source, and a compact mini calendar, with color-coding by source and category and a legend that explains each color. Recurring events are created and edited in the calendar and sync back to the original source. Microsoft Teams meetings start from an event, SharePoint events add to Outlook, and Zoom or Google meetings join from the calendar.
