This allows to shift from infrequent, manual reviews to a system of automated, consistent feedback. The AI-powered summarization and seamless integration within existing communication tools, saves time and provide managers with valuable data-driven insights. Additionally, I for one would like to welcome out new AI overlords. Pros A big plus for using this app is the convenience of customization options, in essence which method of contact and notifications works best for you. Cons In my opinion, the biggest challenge is at the beginning, when one starts using the app. There is a bite of a learning curve, but the apps does have a user-friendly interface to learn the ins and outs. But the execution and platform should be more accessible and easily understood by the user - the employees - so that they look forward to seeing the feedback received rather than spending half the time looking for where the reviews are. Pros The ability to rate your colleagues easily with the star rating system Cons The user interface - the dashboard could be improved for seamless browsing. For example, what's the difference between home and dashboard? People can be reworded as Team Members, there's shouldn't be this may tabs for my personal profile, organisation/hierarchy can fall under people/team members rather than it being a whole other dropdown. The filters under the dahsboard has a loophole where if i select filter by managers, I can see what my manager has reviewed about me, even though they say it's anonymous (defeating the anonymous feature); likewise with other filters. The different tabs under the dashboard can be moved as a drop down on the side panel, also the user profile tab is the same as the personal information tab. Looking forward to when we expand our usage within the company. Pros I like how the messages appear in my 'Teams' environment, as I see that notification more frequently when it shows up. I also like that you may choose whether to submit anonymously or not. Cons It may be due the way we are set up, but answers have to be submitted on each question, rather than all with one 'submit'. This allows for more accurate information as the source and the outcome is a quality review in less time. Cons It will take some time to get the system setup for the appropriate cadence, but once that time is taken for tailoring to the needs of the team and is streamlined for quick feedback events, it becomes a very useful tool. I see it being implemented in my work and I know that my managers take the ratings very seriously and account for what is missing in our pre-shifts and focus points each week. Pros I love how it connects to Slack effortlessly. This helps as I am typically only on Slack for work and thus can simultaneously submit my daily or weekly WorkStory. The parameters are also extremely clear and easy to use. For my restaurant, we have clear values that we try to uphold as servers, and WorkStory was easily programmed to represent those and rate one another.I like the option of being anonymous as well as it allows upper management to potentially focus on and correct any behavior not up to our standards. Cons As a server using the software, I find it extremely easy to use. I know it took a bit to get me set up via Slack, but once I was, it was seamless. I think if it's not connected to an app such as Slack, the emails and constant signing in stopped me from actually giving feedback. Potentially making the sign and review process as seamless on the site/via reminder emails may incentivize other businesses that may or may not have the service connected to a group messenger such as Slack. For example, we use slack at my organization and WorkStory actually can be put as an add-on so whenever you have a review to do they just message you! It's so easy to stay on top of. Not to mention you get to read reviews from your peers on different subject matters. This feedback is critical to either getting better at your job or getting recognition for hard work! Cons The only bad thing that I have encountered about this software is when someone new starts it will start asking you to review them, but if they have only been there a day or two there is nothing to review them on! So perhaps the process would have been smoother if we'd started earlier. Pros The customer support has been impeccable. Cons I felt that the system was almost too simple. I wish reports could be automatically generated through the system and not need to be exported to a sheet where you have to rummage through all the data.
